1. Quality Issue Only
We accept returns or refunds “only” in cases where the product has a “quality issue” (e.g., defective materials, damage upon arrival, or manufacturing flaws). We do “not” accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
– Change of mind or personal preference
– The product does not match your expectation of color, size, or style (please refer to our product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering)
– Incorrect choice or order
– Normal wear and tear after use

2. Process for Reporting a Quality Issue
If you believe your item has a quality issue, please follow these steps:

– A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If the issue is confirmed as a quality defect, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
3. Return Shipping
For approved quality-related returns, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a convenient solution. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
4. Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, based on your preference and stock availability.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances (unless defective):
– Custom-made or personalized orders
– Items purchased on sale or marked as “Final Sale”
– Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
– Gift cards
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order and arrange to return the original item at your own cost (only if it is unused and in original condition, though please note that returns for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted).
